Common questions

Do I need an account? No. The game signs you in automatically the first time you play online.

Is my dynasty saved if I close the game? Yes. In the online kingdom your dynasty lives on the game server and keeps working while you are away.

Someone is abusive in chat. Block them from their name in the chat window, and email us their dynasty name so we can act.

How do I delete my data? Email us from the address you want us to reply to, with your dynasty name. We first check the request is yours (for example by asking you to post a code we send you in the game's chat), then within 30 days delete your account record, dynasty, chat groups, block list and the server log entries about you.

Do I have to watch ads? No. Ads are only shown when you choose to watch one for a production boost.
